• Improving the performance of your computer / computer maintenance. Think of this like a Car’s annual service!
• General Computer Security and backing up your files.

House of Hawkins PC Helpline charges a flat £10 p/h charge for all services. If we can not fix your problem then you don’t pay!

My name is Jon Hawkins. I am a Computer Science Graduate and now work as an Analyst Programmer in Crawley. I am 29 and live in Horsham. I have worked with computers in one respect or another since school. I have spent a number of years working with Word, Excel and Access on a daily basis.

I have a server at home and a personal network of 5 computers. This has given me a lot of experience setting up networks and fixing problems for both wireless and wired networks, and general fault finding and fixing for the various computers.

I have written a number of user guides aimed at the everyday user rather than other computing professionals, and have been very successful.

Previous experience also includes training new staff in our IT systems. Ensuring the users understand and are comfortable with the programs they need to use each day.
