FogBugz Information

So what is FogBugz? Well, its a great website created by Frogcreek.com. It is a project management application. You interact with it via an internet browser so it can be accessed from anywhere. The purpose of using FogBugz is to help us develop a better product and allow the users to interact with us in an easier way. This means that they user can submit errors or suggestions with ease which should ultimately lead to a higher quality product at the end of it.

Do you need to register?

No! There is no need to register an account with FogBugz to submit a case, or to view the Discussion groups. If you would like to post comments on the groups then you will need to register for a free account. This is a very simple process and only takes a minute.

How to report an Error?

If you find a problem with CS Jawbreaker then you will need to submit a new case. This can be done with the link given or by going to FogBugz home page. There is also a very cool little application that can be downloaded for Windows or Mac computers. It can take screen shots and send them to FogBugz to assist with the error reporting.

How to suggest an improvement?

To suggest an improvement you simply need to a submit a new case as you would for an error.
